"BEWARE OF SCAMS!!!\nHotel was good but we had to pay for three days of parking spot despite our request for reservation of parking for only one night (we returned our rented car after first night). It was the most expensive 8 hours of parking in my life (45 euro). Hotel went silent after my question if there anything we can do because there is obvious a mistake and I have correspondence asking only for one night of parking. Completely ignored it. So shame."

"Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel!\n\nWe booked this hotel for three nights through Hotels.com based on the reviews, but our experience was awful. Our flight to Lisbon was delayed, so we informed the hotel in advance that we would be arriving early in the morning. Despite this, when we got there, the front desk agent, Ricardo, told us our rooms were not available and that we had to wait until 3 PM.\n\nWe had already paid for three nights, so it was completely unacceptable that they gave our rooms to someone else. When I questioned this, Ricardo was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. He claimed he didn’t know anything and told us to wait two hours for the manager. His attitude was terrible—he even laughed while my kids were crying due to exhaustion from the long journey.\n\nThe level of customer service here is appalling. They took our money, gave our rooms away, and treated us horribly. Avoid this hotel at all costs. We will never stay here again."
