"We had a fantastic stay at the Altis Avenida Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were delighted to find out we’d been upgraded — such a wonderful surprise to start our trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay, making everything feel seamless and special.\n\nOur room included some lovely complimentary touches like coffee, water, and even sparkling wine, which made us feel very welcomed. The breakfast deal is definitely worth it — the selection and quality were excellent and set us up perfectly for the day.\n\nOne of the absolute highlights was the rooftop bar area. It’s a stunning spot to relax in the evening with a drink or meal, offering beautiful views over the city. A special shout out to Jose at the rooftop bar — his service and friendly manner truly stood out and added to the overall experience. I will add that the hotel had the best shower in the world!!\n\nHighly recommended — we’ll definitely return!"
