You Trip Oshiage Hotel

"I will definitely recommend Keisei Oshiage hotel to all my friends and family visiting tokyo.\n-Hotel is located very near the subway train station.\nAlso just a tew minutes walk away from the tokyo skytree which is a plus for us because there is a nice mall within the skytree vicinity.\n-Very nice and clean rooms. Though room is small but space is enough to open our large luggages\n-Breakfast buffet is good and a lot of options for the price.\n- the only thing we had problem is with the hotel washer and dryer which is like a coin laundry.\nWaited for 2 hrs but clothes are still quite wet\nAnother 1.5 hrs extension for the dryer - clothes still wet. We went to sleep around 1-2 am just waiting for our clothes to dry. But ended up hanging some of our clothes inside our room. I just hope they upgrade their laundry facilities.\nAside from the laundry, we really enjoyed staying here. We will definitely consider staying again next time we visit Tokyo though might skip the laundry facilities."

"Its all about location and location. Across the street from the Skytree. Very convenient location to take the train to Narita Airport.\n\nThe room is quite small but OK for two people. The bathroom was quite small but manageable. The breakfast buffet was excellent . Probably one of the better ones while traveling across Japan.\n\nIt does get noisy from the train passing by but can tune it out. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean."

"Update again on 8/17\nI received Keisei Richmond apologized email on 8/17, the content shows they did check it from camera and interview related staff the detail, and they will enhance training program. Whatever what staff did say, the investigation and rechecking it is really appreciated. The score card of google review should include feedback by customer service, I do a little bit now and it might have change after I revisit the hotel again.\n\n--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------\nNew released on 8/13\nThe comment had been sent to headquarter also.\n\nHi Richmond,\nI did visit Keisei Richmond Hotel Tokyo Oshiage during 8/7~8/12. for family trip. This is a escalated and complained comment to your top management even though I might not get any feedback from Richmond. After checking out on 8/12 11:00, I am waiting for my parents at lobby and will go back to our country, there will have several luggage in lobby also naturally.\nThen, I found the hotel receptionist one man and one woman move our luggage to corner w/ scornful look and wave their hand to let us know the luggage can't be placed there. After that, the woman take a translator to me " Need space for the others". I am surprised and feel disrespected, I have ears, why you guys did't let us know first? We can move it to have more space to you by ourselves, no need your help. Why move and touch your customer luggage without permission?\nSecond, I finished my water and tried to talk w/ the woman to recycling plastic can. She said she can't help and need me to go to 7 floor to deal with it. Maybe she did't want to service me because she knows I did have no elevator card to go to 7 floor and checking out was done. After a while, I found one customer take a glass jar to her, she did get it. The customer is my brother-in-law. I tried to take plastic can to her again and said why unfair to your customer? She did get it.\nI just want to let you know the behavior of employ and treat your customer like this.\nI really strongly recommend enhancing the employee training!"
