"We stayed here with a 4 person group during our 6 night stay in Tokyo.\nWe arrived very late from the airport, but with the mobile check in, it wasn't an issue.\nYou can check in via mobile phone, there is no front desk at the front door where u can also change your shoes to indoor footwear. They also have Free Wi-fi.\nAsakusa station and JR lines are around 15-20 min from here on foot, and the Senso-Ji temple and the nearby sightseeing stuff (Skytree, Samurai Museum) is also in a walking distance.\nThe room does not include breakfast or dinner, but there are several small stores ( Lawson, 7-11, Family Mart, etc.) in walking distance.\nThe price is very friendly for a room like ours. It was spatious and clean, it has a refrigerator, a microwave and an air fryer too. The restroom and laundry room is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom was one of our favourite part - it is clean and also very modern.\nWe were very happy with our stay here and we will recommend it for future stays for our friends and family, and hopefully if we can come to Japan again, we can stay here one more time.\nFive stars *****"

"Liked · The room is spacious and there's enough space for a family of 4. Facilities are all new.\n\nDisliked · Pre check-in procedures were not the easiest. No need to send selfies! The only place in Japan that asked for this!\nLocation is far from the station, not as advertised, you"ll need more than 20min walking from Asakusa station.\nThe rooms are so bright at night as there are no curtains installed. If you get room 212, you'll need eye masks to sleep. Street lights are the same level of the 3 windows in the room, without any shades!\nStained duvet, dirty sheets and dusty floor (images attached). Staff are rude, and refused to change the duvet.\nThey rudely ask you to wash the dishes and threaten you with extra payment if cleanliness is not up to their standard!"
