Urbain Tokyo Ueno Kitasenju

"Stayed here for 2 weeks , had to travel to Fukushima within our stay for few nights and came back as well with family. We had a wonderful experience with Urbain.\nBelow is a summary.\n✅Service is impeccable. Staff always go for the extra mile in our experience. We had to book 3 rooms on diff day durations, different no. of guests and they made sure our rooms were next to each other.\n\nThey clean the rooms everyday! You never realise how comfortable this is until you stay in hotels that do not clean the rooms everyday.\n\nThe staff also kindly folded our washed clothes if we left it in the dryer and unable to collect it exactly at the end of timer.\n\nThey helped us arrange for 6luggages to be forwarded to Osaka. Very efficiently and nicely done. They kept our luggages when we had to check out for 4days and come back.\n✅Youve got everything you need from toiletries to free coffee and drinks at the ground floor to requesting for additional pillows, towels , slippers and laundry bags.\n✅laundry and dryer facility was such a bonus and made our long stay convenient.\n✅Location location location. Very handy to get off from Kitasenju station with lots of options for elevator and escalator. Too easy to get to the hotel in minutes. Hotel is also across shopping mall - convenience of groceries , shopping and dining. 24/7 mcdonalds nearby and many restaurants opening late- even yakiniku and izakaya places opening until 3am! If you look at the map and its surroundings - you can see that the location of this hotel is gem. Only within 10mins from tokyo/ueno stations.\n✅Room size is standard for Japan. Bed wasnt wow but comfortable and most importantly clean everyday!\n✅The free drinks at the ground floor is really handy- so many guests just buy their own food from nearby convenience stores or shopping centres and bring it to the hotel and dine at the ground floor.\n\nWe had an amazing time and this hotel offered such a great value for our stay during Christmas/NY busy season. No doubt we will book again here."

"The place is very nice confrotable and clean. Although the location is not so far from train station, shops and dining places, it has rather quiet environment. Staffs are also nice."
