"I checked in on February 13, 2025, and I have stayed at this hotel many times before. However, this stay was the worst experience I’ve had. The housekeeping was very careless — the bathroom sink had mold, the blanket had foot marks, and the kettle wasn’t cleaned at all. It was very dirty, and I couldn’t accept the poor level of cleanliness. I’ve always enjoyed staying here in the past, but this visit was a huge disappointment.\n\nOn February 15, 2025, housekeeping cleaned the room again. They changed the stained blanket, but the sink and the kettle were still not cleaned. It seemed like nothing else was done, except changing the bed linens and arranging the pillows. The new bed linens and blanket were rough and uncomfortable, making it hard to sleep.\n\nThis has been a truly terrible experience. Given that the prices are no longer cheap, I strongly feel that improvements are urgently needed."

"Stayed at this place back in the summer of 2023, it was a great place for me to park my stuff and sleep.\n\nThe rooms, while not the biggest, were comfortable and good enough for a tourist like me who wonders around a lot and needed a room to sleep when needed.\n\nThe service was amazing and i always got the complementary breakfast when needed.\n\nI got lucky with the location being so close to the main shopping mall and the main train stop, it was so easy for me to go where i needed to go for that day.\n\nOverall a good place to stay, if you ever need somewhere to go, i would highly recommend this chain and for specifically this place."
