"We stayed here twice during our trip to Japan. We chose a Business Twin which is quite convenient if you not travel as a couple as you have some kind of privacy. The room was ok but be aware that you can not open a big suitcase! I know that at Toyoko Inn you can store the suitcase under the bed - but there is not enough room to open it! In other rooms you have no problems to open a big suitcase.\nThe first 2 nights we stayed at room No. 412 which was good. Windows were double glas. The next stay we spent at room No.402 which was quite different. Window only single glas and it was a big difference. Not only concerning the nois - which was no issue for us - but it was cold! The window does not keep the wind out, lying in bed you could feel the cold air coming in. That was not good at all.\nWe didnt eat breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful."
