"We sincerely enjoyed our stay. Ultra friendly and welcoming staff, a nice and spacious room ready and set up for the 4 of us upon our late arrival. Clean, comfortable, in a quiet area of Shibuya but close to the bustling life. Our room had a nicely outfitted kitchenette and a dining table with chairs for 4. A nice add was a small supermarket (more than the standard convenience store) across the street, that has all you would like - including the delicious Japanese desserts - and is open 24/7"

"Cute little hotel. Very friendly staff. Right across the street from a small market. We were able to buy some eggs, butter, and bread just to cook breakfast in the hotel here. Pretty far from Shibuya station, where we hauled our luggage from, which was a bad idea.\n\nAlso we didn’t know we needed to put our key card in the little card reader, so we didn’t have lights the first day. I was messing with the breaker panel and was very confused. The staff helped us out. It seems obvious looking back, but I personally thought it was to use the washing machine!"

"Horrible place to stay. Bed is on wheels and rolls with the slightest movement. The room is the size of a small closet. Welcome to Japan you will get the real experience that Japanese people don’t worry about the room because it is put together like a mix match of random things. The door to the bathroom says don’t leave open because it will set off the fire alarm. Seriously this place should be closed for safety violations."
