"Stayed here for 4 nights and overall had a great time! The location is honestly a win — super walkable from the train station and surrounded by loads of yummy food and fun spots to explore. You definitely won’t go hungry or bored in this area.\n\nOne of my favourite little perks was the free self-dispensing coffee machine at the reception — such a game changer! I loved grabbing a hot cup every time we came back from a long day out. The staff were also really lovely — always friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.\n\nThere were a couple of things that could be improved though. The bathroom had a constant wet, musky smell (probably from the shower curtains), which wasn’t the nicest to come back to. And while we were super excited about booking a room with a washer-dryer — thinking we’d save ourselves some laundry hassle — the dryer cycle ended up taking over 3 hours. I ended up stopping it early, but my clothes still came out damp and felt like they hadn’t been properly washed. Gave up and just packed everything home to wash instead.\n\nStill, it was a cozy and convenient stay overall with some really nice touches. Would recommend for the location and vibes, just maybe skip the laundry plans!"

"We decided to stay in the Koto district for the first leg of our Tokyo trip to "ease into it." This was a perfect option. This hotel is 5 minutes walking to the train station to get around the city. It is also next door to the beautiful Hachimangu shrine and a small park/playground that we went to a few times when were were up early and jetlagged. The neighborhood is filled with great cafes (Blue Bottle Coffee), bars, and a bakery (I still dream about the Truffle Bakery). It's a much more relaxed area of Tokyo.\n\nThe hotel room had washer/drier in it that was really useful. The rooms were clean and had enough room for me, my husband, and our 3-year old to exist comfortably. The staff was great with helping ship our luggage to the next hotel. The price was very affordable. A great deal overall!"

"Right place at the right price. Not luxury, but clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel provided a special kit for my six year old grandson, who felt quite happy about the attention. The in room breakfast package is good enough, I had wonderful soups each morning. The ‘sandwich’ options were okay. (Not really a ‘western’ option). For an economy hotel it is great."
