"Pretty good. This was the first place I stayed in Tokyo. After arriving I was very hot and sadly the AC was not on at all so the room was extremely hot. Had to turn on the AC and wait an hour for it to finally be a sleep able temperature. They do the luggage storage service which is helpful."

"There is no heating in the rooms, it was difficult to sleep because of how cold it was. It was 30 degrees Fahrenheit outside and the rooms felt nearly freezing. I stayed in two different rooms and they were both just as cold. I wore multiple layers and gloves to bed. The sheets are thin. The staff gave me an additional thin blanket but it wasn’t enough. On my last night, I stayed in a different hotel so I could be comfortable.\nOtherwise, the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. The staff will store your luggage if you leave for a few days and then check back in. The rooms might be better in the warmer months, but I won’t be returning."

"Excellent location (easy 10 minute walk from Ueno Train Station). Super clean, comfortable bed, nice hot shower with great water pressure. It’s so peaceful here - your never know we are in the heart of a busy neighborhood. Yes the room is small ( that’s quite normal here) but we still fit our packs and skis in the space. Excellent value for a very reasonable price (at least half the cost of other hotels in the area)!"
