Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo

"Great hotel just a short walk from a major train station with lots of connections. The daily housekeeping service was excellent — everything was always spotless. We had amazing views of the Tokyo Skytree from our room. The breakfast buffet was very complete and offered a wide variety of options. Highly recommended!"

"Several major issues:\n\n1. The day we checked in we found a bug on the bed. Google says it’s some sort of carpet beetle. Concerned about brining these bugs home and infect carpets in my house.\n\n2. Very loud AC, kept roaring like this throughout our stay there.\n\n3. Vents are also full of mold, both in the room and bathroom.\n\n4. Facility is old, many signs of aging.\n\nThe feedback we received from the hotel was that they performed a “deep clean” of the room and turned the AC, but it did not help with the loud noise. The mold was still there. We felt the response was very inadequate, and the hotel did not offer anything else.\n\nOn the positive side:\n1. The room was specious\n2. The view of the Tokyo sky tree was very nice\n3. Has direct shuttle to the Disneyland and both airports, although not the cheapest option.\n\nLocation was good too."

"I stay for 2 weeks in this hotel which was my best choice, all the staff were very nice and ready to help, they all spoke very good and clear English (if it is something you may be worried), I had Amazon packages delivered to the hotel and it wasn't a problem. Every day the cleaning staff would clean the room and we would get 2 complimentary bottles of water (which was very nice). The breakfast is great, there were lots of options to choose from and the staff serving was great. The Hotel has 2 different convenience stores  right across the street, if you leave the hotel on the 2nd floor there's another, also you can access the mall from there and then access the train station, was a good route to avoid rain and snow during my stay. The station is a 5 min walk from the first floor. There are 2 other malls near the hotel. They also have a free bus to Disney. There is a dry cleaning around the corner with cheap options and was always empty. I certainly recommend this hotel. The room size was good it wasn't a problem, My room was facing the train tracks but I never heard the train. I'll certainly stay there again on my next trip to Tokyo."
