"As I made my reservation through Agoda and I was not sure if the booking number is valid or not, I have to use 'other options' to check in instead of just typing the booking number. Filling in much information on the website without the presence and assistance of front desk staff is a bit inconvenient. Yet I know it would reduce the hotel costs and remote staff service can do the same tasks. Maybe a machine that allows scanning of passport helps too? Anyway the room is great! I did not expect a projector in room and I can enjoy some movies or television shows on a screen!"

"This is a small and quiet hotel with very few amenities, but it is comfortable and well-located. The train station is only a few minutes' walk from the hotel and is about 5 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from Shinagawa, and also close to the Kawasaki shopping center. This is a good location for accessing the airport, Tokyo city center, and the shinkansen. The Haneda airport also has tons of convenient restaurants, cafes, and little shops. However, the rooms are very small, there is no lobby at all inside the hotel, and it becomes very crowded during cleaning. This hotel is best for guests who plan to be out of their room most of the time.\n\nThis hotel was comfortable and quiet. The cleaning staff on site were helpful and courteous. Although there were fewer amenities, we felt good about being able to help protect Japan's environment during our visit."

"Check in system is ridiculous. 'Cloud reception staff' can not even speak basic English. Room is dirty with dust on furniture. Stains on walls looks like someone urinated against it. Carpet needs vacuuming especially under bed and sofa. Fridge takes forever to get to cold temperature. This hotel makes me think of a place where you take a prostitute for an hour."
