The Tokyo Edition Toranomon

"It was honestly one of the best hotels we stayed in Tokyo thus far. The room was modern, well equipped and the view was absolutely stunning overlooking the Tokyo Tower.\n\nThe service has been incredible from the moment we stepped in. Sure enough, we didn’t hesitate to explore all the facilities available to us. The pool is a reservation only and was a really private one. Both the lobby bar and gold bar offer variety of great cocktails. Jade room does amazing dinner and the afternoon tea was also amazing!\n\nBreakfast was decent. We had a day down at the Blue room with, again, a stunning view of Tokyo Tower! Another was a room service, which were simply amazing and picturesque.\n\nWe didn’t leave the hotel until late at night and was still treated so well by the staffs, offering everything we need including a shower room for our late flight!\n\nWill definitely be back!"

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the amazing friendly staff made us feel right at home. Each member of the team greeted us with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, which really set a positive tone for our stay.\n\nThe service was exceptional and went above and beyond our expectations. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, offering assistance whenever needed. They took the time to remember our names and preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience.\n\nI was particularly impressed with how great the staff was with the kids. They engaged with them in such a wonderful manner, making sure they felt welcome and included. From fun, interactive activities to personalised notes and origami left in our room, it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about creating memorable experiences for families.\n\nThe hotel is situated in a beautiful neighborhood, which added to the charm of our stay. We were conveniently close to several convenience stores, making it easy to grab snacks and essentials. Also a great dining precinct a short 5 minute walk away.\n\nOverall, our experience was top-notch, and I can confidently say that we will stay again. This hotel truly deserves a five-star rating for all it has to offer, especially its incredible service and attentive staff!"

"First time trying out the edition hotels. Overall had a really good stay here. Location was great as well, as its located next to a train station.\n\nBut what blew me away was the service provided. Everybody was well spoken and attentive.\n\nThe young lady that took my bags and ushered me to the taxi was outstanding. Kudos to the management for ensuring high levels of hospitality. Food served for the in house dining were also delicious. Hope to try other edition hotels in different parts of the world soon."
