"Our stay at The Tokyo EDITION was nothing short of extraordinary—easily one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. From the moment we approached the building, the service and attention to detail stood out. As we arrived, we noticed a doorman heading around the corner to assist another guest, but upon seeing us, he promptly radioed for backup. Within moments, two additional team members opened the doors with warm smiles and welcomed us inside.\n\nThey immediately took our bags and guided us to a beautifully appointed sitting area where we were offered fresh towels and a complimentary drink from the bar. It was such a thoughtful and relaxing way to begin our check-in—no crowded counters or long waits. Soon after, a kind and professional reservation specialist greeted us and completed the check-in process with ease, all while we remained seated and comfortable.\n\nOur room was impressively spacious—larger than what you typically find in Japan. While we didn’t have a view, the location more than made up for it. The hotel is incredibly well-situated: steps from the subway, excellent coffee shops, fantastic restaurants, and prime shopping spots.\n\nBut what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member we encountered was outstanding—kind, genuine, and always anticipating our needs. Whether we were heading out for the day or returning in the evening, someone was always there with a smile, asking if there was anything we needed or offering to assist.\n\nThe hospitality here goes beyond professionalism—it’s sincere, personal, and consistent across the entire team. The thoughtful touches, exceptional location, and above-and-beyond service make The Tokyo EDITION not just a hotel, but an experience in itself."

"I would rate this hotel 4.95/5, almost perfect!\n\nOverall: I can’t praise this hotel enough! They went above and beyond in every way, including our daughter’s birthday. I would happily stay there again and would highly recommend to anyone!\n\nService: The best! Everyone in the lobby was exceptionally friendly and welcoming - always a pleasure to come back to the hotel! The staff at the concierge desk were incredibly nice and helpful. Everyone at breakfast was proactive and professional. All the staff at the hotel left such a positive impression - I’m not doing them justice with this description! 🙏🏼🙏🏼\n\nLocation: Perfectly situated just off the main street in Ginza, very convenient and yet in the more peaceful and pleasant side streets, full of smaller shops and cafes. Can’t ask for a better location!\n\nRooms: Spacious, well-designed and top quality amenities. Very beautiful and comfortable and homey. Nice bathroom and bathtub, and only slight downside is the good but not very satisfying water pressure in the shower.\n\nBreakfast: The food, like the service, was top-notch! Great selection of fresh Japanese fruits and vegetables. Lovely buffet and extensive selection of good-quality main dishes and drinks!"

"The Edition was a comforting hotel to wind down at after our long, busy itinerary across Japan. Upon entering our room, we had these luscious strawberries and treats. The TV was a good size, and there were easy connections from our devices. Very nice bathroom, but I think there was a lot of space for a double sink. The Le Labo collection for Edition was a luxury highlight for us. And shaving foam!\n\nAll the staff were very attentive and easy to talk to. I'd like to credit housekeeping as well, as we seldom met, but there were a lot of small details we noticed when they cleaned our room. The burger from the restaurant Sophie, was one of the best burgers I've had considering it was room service and had to travel... Guest experience provided really great recommendations on food around the area, and we could tell there was good communication across all the staff teams.\n\nThe gym was probably the best hotel gym I've visited in Japan, as they are generally small. The weights only go up to 10kg though. There are bathrooms in the gym, but I feel like this space is a bit wasted and could be used for additional equipment like a dual pulley machine, or just to make it more spacious."
