"Pros:\n1. Metro Hibiya line exit 5 ELEVATOR is literally next to the hotel. When you take the metro, sit at train 5(in the middle) so that when you get out, you can use the elevator twice to get to the hotel without having to do the stairs. Perfect for those with big luggage.\n2. Free breakfast. Choices are mostly Japanese. Simple but substantial. However, I wonder how many Westerners are able to have rice, fish, and miso soup for days.\n3. Password security. You are given a password at check in, which you use to unlock room and hotel entrance. No hassle to keep a card key.\n\nCons:\n1. Bathroom is tiny. If you’re 170cm above you will feel cramped inside. It is that small. The bathtub is thus of shortened length. Bathwater never runs too hot.\n2. Standard room is 12m2. It means you cannot have two big trunks open at the same time without blocking traffic.\n3. Pillows of sorts can be picked up at the lobby. The one kept in the room is …not modern? Traditional hard pillow?\n4. No public bath area in this establishment\n\nThis is a so called Business hotel catering to those making business trips a night or two in the city. Service is simple."

"Stayed in a connecting room with family in March. Space wise it's the typically japanese business hotel size so don't expect spacious rooms but it worked fine for us. Hotel welcomed our kids with goodie bags containing slippers and sweets. Washer 200 yen for a 30min wash and 100 yen for 20min drying. Can't beat free breakfast which was quite delicious. Finally, location wise it's 5 stars. Shopping, restaurants, everything super close by."
