Super Hotel Tokyo Kinshicho Ekimae

"Was much better than I thought! Good location, clean room and big enough space to unfold suitcases. My room even had a tower view. Breakfast is simple but has all the basic items.\n\nOnly shortfall is one staff seemed to be quite robotic and could not speak much English, (the others are nice) but overall it’s good. I found the default pillow in the room not comfortable and would recommend taking one from the front desk floor as they have several types to choose."

"My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days while visiting Japan. I was not sure what to expect since there were some negative reviews. We arrived at 7:00 a.m. and the staff allowed us to leave our luggage while we wondered off until check in. They were able to get us checked in a little before 3 which was very nice. The hotel was clean. The room was small but we were comfortable with the space. Throughout our stay as we would go in and out I was constantly seeing the staff clean the common areas. They do have one elevator. It does get very busy during breakfast and check out time but it was not big deal waiting a few minutes. Their breakfast was supper tasty. They had different side dishes every day. Everyday they had fresh bread like croissant and rolls. I only tried their hot spring once. Even though it was small I had the whole area to myself. It was also very clean. They also have free toiletries. The location was the best. It was half a block away from Kinshicho station and very convenient. The area was clean and not overly crowded. Out of all of the hotels this was my favorite. I will certainly be staying here again when I return to Japan."

"No parking spaces available for the next three days? Sure, they didn't even bother to check properly. The rooms are overpriced, small, and not clean. Dont waste your money on this hotel."
