"Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. Stayed here 2 weeks ago as a solo traveller and injured my foot, and staff were extremely empathetic about it. Guided me through the refund process as I was going back early, brought an ice pack for me after hearing that I injured my ankle, and one lady staff even brought me her own painkillers to my room. Truly grateful for the service of the hotel staff here, will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Tokyo :)"

"Was initially impressed by the hotel's amenities, service was so so but I was happy to stay here again. However, the day of my check out, I left an important religious artifact behind. I managed to contact the hotel and arrange for pick up the day after. When I went, they handed me my item in a clear trash bag and it was broken into 3 pieces with the glass cover chipped. When I pointed it out that it was broken, they simply went "oh, really?" in Japanese and left it at there. I had to ask them for glue to try to fix it and their response, especially the guy on duty, gave me the impression that I was being a bother to them. Is this how you treat customers who have checked out? And more importantly, is it hotel policy to trash leftover items immediately? Very disappointed and will never come back."

They not only found it quickly but also arranged for it to be shipped back to me. I just received it as expected, and I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism.\n\nThe level of care and service they provided was exceptional, and I’m incredibly grateful.
