"We stayed at Tokyo Tower for 4 nights. We got the superior king room with balcony facing the Tokyo Tower. I was initially skeptical about the hotel from reading all the negative reviews online, but it turned out to be such an amazing, modern, fantastic hotel. They have multiple high end restaurants, Watson store, photography studio, meeting rooms and several other amenities. The higher floor elevator is separated and access is controlled with room card.\n\nOur room was picturesque, with a giant bed, desk, closet, couch, and huge bathroom. We had clear view to whole of Tokyo Tower. The variety of lights on the tower was so incredible to witness from the balcony. Room service was fantastic. Whenever we head out from the lobby, the staff called taxi for us.\n\nLocation wise the hotel is about 8 minutes walk from both Tokyo Tower and nearby train station. So all prime locations of Tokyo is accessible from the hotel via train. It is also about 20 minutes taxi ride from Tokyo Station. We took taxi from the hotel to go there and take our express train to Narita airport. Much cheaper option than paying few hundred dollars with taxi.\n\nOverall we had an amazing stay at the hotel. For its location, view and service, it was totally worth the money for us."

"The Prince Park Hotel is a love-hate kind of place. We paid for the pricey corner panoramic room with a view of Tokyo tower. I should first note that Tokyo tower is pretty ugly. Photos are deceiving. It looks like an oil rig. But that is not the hotel's fault. Anyway, returning to the hotel: the top bars and restaurants on the top floors were a big draw for us but were under renovation. They should have notified us since we made the booking a long time ago and offered a discount but we did not find out until we got there. Very disappointing. They could not offer any free meals. Instead they offered a room upgrade. But since we already had the best room, all they could do was put us in the same room on a higher floor. We told them we did not want that but they did not listen. They next fisted a 5% discount card for their first-floor bar. Aside from being a minuscule discount, the bar itself has stacks of these discount cards already. It felt deceptive. Finally, they offered a free champagne bottle and free minibar service. The attempt to make up for not notifying about renovations was admirable but fell well short.\n\nThe room was clean and had a nice view but was small. The tub was a jacuzzi though which was great.\n\nThe staff was excellent in terms of room service, phone calls, and room cleaning. They work very hard.\n\nThe amenities are terrible because they all cost extra. All of them. EVEN THE POOL! I kid you not. It's truly disgraceful for a 5-star hotel to charge extra for the pool.\n\nDo not book here."

"Service: Excellent. Staff is extremely friendly. We had a issue with the room and the staff was overly apologetic to us regarding the issue. House keeping managing came into our room the apologize. They switched our room and then as we checked out the next day the head of the house keeping came to apologize and then another manager came to apologize over the room issue.\n\nHotel and Rooms: Excellent hotel and much larger than the rest of the hotels we stayed in our 2 week stay in Japan. I would definitely rebook this hotel on our next trip. The rooms style are not as modern as some of the newer hotels which is expected. The hotel is very large takes a while awhile to walk to the 7-eleven inside the hotel from the main entrance.\n\nLocation: Close to train station, Tokyo tower, temples, and 5 minute cab ride to a downtown area. There is a spot nearby every likes to use to take pictures of the Tokyo Tower."
