"Its pretty pricy for what you get. The lobby has ice cream and cake slices but if you want to order food get ready to eat cup noodles you have to make yourself."

"Very POOR. I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel since it was New Years but the staff were so horrible to us. A friend was meeting us at the hotel and they made such a big deal about having an extra person up even though she wasn’t going to stay the night. We ended up paying just to have our friend stay with us, which they assured was for the rest of our stay and they wouldn’t bother us again for any other payment. However the same morning (first incident occurred 2am and next incident was at 10am), they called our room, demanding a new payment and when I brought up the fact that they had literally said hours ago that they said we didn’t have to make any other payment, they began to become increasingly aggressive and verbally abused us. Since the receptionist couldn’t speak English, she asked to come up to our room and the next thing I know, there were two officers knocking on our door. I was shocked that they would use police officers to try and intimidate us, especially since they knew we are three young girls. The staff hid behind the officers the whole time. The staff and the police really showed a bad side to Japanese people and as soon as we called them out for lying about multiple things to us, they began to act more aggressive towards us. The lovely maid who was the only one who spoke English calmed things down and I asked for a refund since the hotel was at fault but they refused since it was part of the “regulations”. When I asked to see these regulations, they refused. When I finally relented because I felt bullied and couldn’t stand to have these people yelling at me anymore, they upped the price they had told me that morning. I couldn’t believe it. The maid even told me she understood how I felt because the staff are horrible to her too and that she herself is not Japanese. I am honestly shocked at this experience I had with this hotel as I have extensively travelled and never have I seen guests been treated his way."
