"I stayed at Richmond Hotel on May 9th, 2025, and was extremely disappointed by the behavior of the front desk staff. The male staff member – short and dark-skinned – was unprofessional and rude. Despite clearly stating that I had understood his instructions, he insisted on repeating them through a recorded message, which was unnecessary and condescending.\n\nAs a guest, I expected a higher level of service from a reputable hotel chain like Richmond. Unfortunately, this experience was far from satisfactory. Management should address this issue to prevent future incidents and ensure better customer service."

"Although it is a normal business hotel, it has excellent accessibility and convenience of transportation. In particular, it is a great advantage that the building next to it is a general store, Don Quixote, and the Japanese-style Western restaurant Saizeriya are located within the same building. There were three subway stations within a 10-minute walk and three convenience stores. The interior of the hotel is also clean, and the service of the staff is good. Vending machines, laundry facilities, ice makers and microwaves also exist. However, if you want to see Tokyo Dome out of the window from your room, it is recommended to ask the hotel for a room with a view of Tokyo Dome in advance when making a reservation. The room size is not very large, so please refer to this as well."
