"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the service was generally very good—even though room cleaning and towel replacement are done every other day, not daily.\n\nAs Americans, we’re used to a certain style of customer service that’s quite unique and not the global standard, so I adjusted my expectations accordingly. That said, this hotel stood out among the five hotels I stayed at during my trip across Japan—it was by far the best.\n\nA great example: I left my laundry in the washing machine and informed the staff that I would be out late. When I returned, I found they had dried and neatly folded the clothes, then placed them in my room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really appreciated.\n\nHighly recommended!"

"We stayed here twice during our two week stay. They have an amazing family room with lots of space and comfortable beds. Everything was extremely clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, and the location was great! Bus stop outside the hotel and two metro stops very near by. No noise from outside and very peaceful neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants within a 3 minute walk along with a family mart across the street. Also a large supermarket 5 minutes away called Life. This was the best hotel we stayed at, definitely recommend!!"
