"First impression: the staffs were really friendly. They helped me keep my luggage when I came before the check in time and instructed me all I need to know for the stay. Really never need to ask them twice because of how detailed the instructions were.\n\nI was alone so the room though small was just enough. You get used to the space and find that everything you need is within reach. The tab for the sink and the shower was shared, I never experienced that before but it was a brilliant design.\n\nThey also have free commodities at the ground floor, and face masks were included - arguably the best feature and my favorite feature of all! Absolutely love it.\n\nThe hotel was quite close to the Tamachi station too, about a 7-minute walk. It is also close to all 3 of the major convenience stores: Family Mart, 7/11, and Lawson - perfect to choose and explore. Since this is also a business district, the streets were relatively quiet and safe at nighttime, while the station will be more crowded from 5-7pm on weekdays. An amazing stay."

"I chose this hotel because of the very attractive price. The hotel is clean, offers nice toiletries, and has everything you might need — even a humidifier (though there is no air conditioning). The staff were friendly and helpful.\n\nOn the downside, the room is quite small (about 10 m²), but I knew this when booking and found the price-to-size ratio perfectly acceptable.\n\nIt can be a bit noisy outside — when a bus or truck passed by, it sometimes felt like it was driving through the room! However, the windows are very well sealed, so it wasn’t too bothersome when they were closed.\n\nOverall, I’m satisfied with my stay. For a short visit, this hotel is a great option, but for a longer stay, the room size might be a bit challenging."

"Great location, rooms are clean and facilities modern. Lots of ammenities and pijamas. Vending machine and ice machine always fully stocked + 2 washer dryer all in ones. All machines accept IC card (and coins).\n\nFunny seeing other reviews saying the rooms are small. This is Tokyo. You’re not going to get anything larger for the same amount per night. There’s always the ritz Carlton or ohtani hotels if you’re after something bigger.\n\nAlso laughable seeing people complain about distance to harajuku and other places. I mean .. there’s a map of where it is located? You know exactly where the hotel is located?\n\nLawsons either side, 7 eleven c100m, family mart around the corner and even a super market downstairs has you covered. 25 min to Haneda via taxi if you have a lot of luggage.\n\nThe best part and what earns this hotel 5 stars is the concierge service who were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me call a previous hotel up to have a camera I left there … forwarded to the current hotel and handle the cash on delivery payment for me.\n\nWe will stay here again."
