"Amazing location ! It was right next to the yellow line and the blue sobu line (rapid) for a straight trip back to narita airport when necessary. This hotel had very friendly staff. Many shopping stores ( uniqlo, GU, etc) were less than 10 minutes walk away from the hotel and it’s close to Tokyo Skytree. The hotel had a luggage balance scale for us to measure our luggages too ! Many amenities such as pyjamas and razors were also given !"

"We had a very pleasant stay for a few nights. The rooms are small but that's your standard japanese business hotel rooms size. The hotel was clean, and its central location made it very convenient for exploring the area. There's a convenience store down the block for late night food.\n\nDespite the smaller room size, I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends and family."

"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and conditions during my recent stay at this hotel. Below are the details of my experience:\n\nI had specifically booked a non-smoking room, but when we arrived, the staff informed us that our reservation was for a smoking room. After I corrected them, they insisted that there were no non-smoking rooms available and that we had to either take the smoking room or leave. The staff's attitude was dismissive and unhelpful.\n\nThe room assigned to us was at 10th floor. Upon entering, the smell of smoke was overwhelmingly strong, making it nearly unbearable. Despite turning on the air conditioning and the air purifier, the situation did not improve, and the smell of smoke only seemed to get worse.\n\nAs a last resort, we had to sleep with masks on, but even so, we were unable to fully block out the smell. This made it very difficult to sleep, and the smoke odor persisted throughout the night.\n\nNeither of us smoke, and being forced to stay in such a heavily smoked room for the night was extremely uncomfortable. It felt as though we were suffocating in the room.\n\nEven though the room was designated as a smoking room, the intensity of the smoke smell was excessive. Is there an issue with the hotel's air circulation system? This situation is highly concerning.\n\nThe professionalism of the hotel staff was disappointing. Despite our reservation for a non-smoking room, we were forced into a smoking room. This level of service is unacceptable and does not reflect the quality we expected from a reputable hotel."
