"Hotel Location & Amenities:\nThe hotel's location is convenient for shopping, with a Lawson convenience store right downstairs - a practical advantage.\n\nRoom Conditions:\nWhile the room itself was clean, there was an unpleasant odor. The window situation is particularly concerning - it faces directly into a neighboring building's wall, providing neither natural light nor a proper emergency exit, which raises safety issues.\n\nFamily Policy Problems:\nI encountered significant issues with your child policy that need urgent attention:\n\nI specifically booked a room advertised for 4 people\n\nUpon check-in, staff insisted my 6-year-old son needed an entirely separate room\n\nThis makes no logical sense when:\n\nThe room capacity is listed as 4\n\nYou could simply charge for an extra bed\n\nI reluctantly booked the additional room, which went completely unused - a waste of money\n\nYour policy fails basic common sense regarding how young children would sleep separately\n\nRecommendations:\n\nClearly state all age restrictions and extra charges upfront\n\nTrain staff to offer reasonable solutions (extra beds) rather than forcing additional rooms\n\nReconsider policies that separate young children from parents\n\nImprove room ventilation to address odor issues\n\nThe window safety concern combined with these unreasonable family policies significantly impacted our stay. I urge management to review these matters seriously."

"Great location with easy access to the trains, shopping and eateries. Room is clean but tiny as expected. A double bed room was just nice for a single traveler with 1 luggage. Nice to have plenty of power outlets in the room and a microwave for shared use at the lobby. Pack light when staying here since they provides lots of toiletries, skincare etc. BUT bring your own pyjamas. It's questionable how well those are washed between guests, the ones I got smelled like middle aged men even after changing to another set. No hint of laundry detergent smell at all."

"I was very pleased with the value of this hotel. Its location in the heart of Ginza, a short walk from Ginza Station, is excellent. The building is quiet. Some rooms have an unobstructed window view, while others do not. My room was clean and efficiently designed; the bed and bathroom were of an appropriate size, given the small size of the room. I appreciated the bathtub very much. I also liked the potable tap water. My room had all the necessary amenities, such as a hair dryer and slippers, though a small clothes storage unit and a safe could be welcome additions. As for further suggestions, the elevator interior could benefit from some aesthetic improvements, as it appeared a bit worn. The staff were all very polite and professional. Several also spoke a foreign language and had a warm demeanour, which I also appreciated. Check-out was remarkably quick—only a couple of seconds, the fastest I have ever experienced.\nAlso, my meal at the shabu-shabu restaurant on the first floor was delicious.\nI can definitely recommend this hotel for when visiting Tokyo."
