"We enjoyed our stay here. Room was small but bed was clean. Great location and near what we needed. Bed sagged in the middle a bit but that was fine. Room came with good amenities: shampoo/conditioner/razor/toothbrush/q-tips/ponytail/etc. The upstairs rooftop view was really cool and the staff up there were so nice and fun! The hotel staff in the lobby were okay. We asked for help with the buses and they gave us the form and said they couldn’t help anymore, which was fine as we figured it out. For the price of the hotel, it was a decent stay. I saw the reviews about cleanliness and took the risk since we wouldn’t be in the room a lot. No smoke smell which was so nice. The room had nice windows too. We had a two night stay which was perfect. If I had to stay longer, we would book elsewhere as a comfy bed is a must. The other rooms may have better beds though, so give it a try if you’re looking to mainly explore and not be in your room too much!"

"Not as per what advertise on social media or google. Avoid this hotel.\n1) room is badly shaped despite paying for one of the best room. Totally not worth the money you are paying for.\n2) location is a horror! Don’t book as it’s along the nightlife district. Very rowdy and dirty. Not safe for women.\n3) bad attitude from front desk. Asked help on luggage. Only the jap staff came to help with a trolley. The non-jap staff are rude and say no we don’t help. No welcome greetings and etc.\n4) even suite room toilet smells pee. And found a pee stain on the floor.\n5) safety! You don’t even need a card to access the hotel room!! You can just simply press the lift to get onto either floor. And no security camera on each floor only in the lift.\nWill not recommend given the price paid.\n6) so call free breakfast. But it feels like feeding a village. The environment is not great at all! Dirty!"

"For an affordable price this is a good accommodation, great location, ease of use, and overall a comfortable stay. Rooms are a tight squeeze so if you get two twins you have less than a foot between the beds and it’s hard to open anything bigger than a carry on in the open spaces but the shower was great, slept comfy on the bed and the AC works wonderfully. You’re essentially getting what you payed for, regardless of it being labeled as a 4 star hotel be aware that ratings are arbitrary and don’t be expecting royal treatment some of these lower reviews are a bit out of touch but the ones highlighting stains or bugs should be heeded and just check your room before setting your stuff down that way you can bring up any concerns to the staff"
