"The hotel stay was good. The room was comfortable and not much sound outside the hotel room hallways.\n\nThe hotel room bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was running smoothly compared to to other hotel it randomly automatically tune off and on. Our coffee was advance. Coffee machine was using K Cup. Coffee came out great and tasty. If you find out you can ask the ladies in the hallways for more plus water too.\n\nHotel location was good. Outside the hotel there is a 24 hours Family Mart (Love it.). Train station was crossing over the bridge. Few blocks away there is a bank to withdraw money. I do not recommend 711 to withdraw cause they give low rate exchange."

"I’ve stayed at hotels in many countries, and it’s quite common to only remember to return one of the two room keys. At this hotel, however, they charge a fee if you only return one key. Fine, you can charge me — I’ll be back in Japan this August, and the key is still perfectly intact in my pocket. When I return, I can give it back. But if I return it, shouldn’t the lost key fee be refunded? Their response was that even if I return it, no refund will be issued. Well, that’s a strange policy. Also, the housekeeping staff was unprofessional — the trash bins, overflowing with garbage, were left untouched."

"I booked 3 bed room through Booking.com, rooms are very comfortable, air conditioned, well cleaned every day. I spent 4 nights at Tokyo. Hotel is very close to private railway line and 5min walking distance to JR line, within 30min you reach dominant places like Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Asakusa and other.\n\nI also appreciate breakfast with colourful choice of meals. Within few minutes walking distance are 24h shops. Last but not least, Nespresso coffee is available at room."
