Shibuya Hotel En

"Well-sized room in a no-frills hotel that suited our needs perfectly for a short stay. We really enjoyed the trip over to Shibuya En—it’s a peaceful, tucked-away area with character, and the walk to Shibuya Station was manageable, taking around 10–15 minutes. It was nice to be slightly removed from the chaos of the main crossing, while still staying connected to everything. There’s also a Family Mart directly across the street, which made it convenient for quick snacks, drinks, or forgotten toiletries.\n\nThe room itself was rectangular in layout, which made it feel more spacious and easier to organize. There was plenty of space to open up our luggage without feeling cramped. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was compact but smartly designed: the shower area was separated from the toilet, which kept the toilet area dry. The walls around the bathroom were glass, but there were blinds and curtains that provided full privacy when needed.\n\nStaff were polite and efficient during check-in and checkout. While the hotel doesn’t offer many extra amenities, it delivers strongly on basics and comfort. Overall, a great value stay if you’re looking for something clean, convenient, and efficient in Tokyo."

"Upon arrival I was greeted by Tyler with a big smile asking “how has your morning been” .. what an asset this young gentleman is to your establishment… the hotel exceeded all expectations in all manners … it’s location to all Shibuya has to offer and it’s in room amenities were exceptional…. Thank-you for a wonderful experience."

"Staff was kind and accommodating. Staff members we encountered spoke English. No language barriers. There are a few sample size amenities in the lobby. If you forgot or need something the lobby desk may be able to help. It became rainy while we were there and they let me borrow an umbrella.\nIf you need a late checkout there is a cost and you want to be sure to ask ahead for any fees involved.\n\nThe hotel and our room was clean. Bathroom was completely fine too. The room size is not unlike other hotel rooms I have been in Tokyo. Keep in mind they are not large spaces. If you are only planning to sleep there and not hangout in a room all day, it is sufficient. We had two luggage cases and two backpacks, everything fit fine.\n\nPrice was reasonable. Location is convenient to food, shopping and sights!!"
