Shangri La Tokyo

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel — everything from the ambience to the service was exceptional. The interiors were elegant and peaceful, creating a warm and welcoming vibe the moment I arrived. The food was delicious with a great variety, beautifully presented and full of flavor. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all necessary amenities thoughtfully provided. I especially appreciated the high-speed WiFi, which worked perfectly throughout my stay. Overall, a perfect blend of comfort, style, and hospitality — highly recommended! Safety is good and nearby activity are also good"

"Location was super convenient right next to the train station. Basic rooms are superrr spacious big enough for a family, and the amenities are unlike any other hotel I’ve ever seen from the full sized hair brush to the memory foam slippers. The teppenyaki restaurant was such a fun experience you have to try it"

"Depite being a life-long Marriot Bonvoy member, I can confident say that Shangri-La Tokyo deserves more than 5 stars. I've been to many hotels in my life but this Shangri-La stands out in terms of hospitality, food, location, views, the scent, etc. The list goes on and on. This hotel inches towards perfection and I would not know what to even suggest to improve.\n\nWe stayed at Shangri-La Tokyo for a week during our visit to Tokyo and during this time, my family was pampered with unparalleled hospitality and service. I have never seen a bed made to such a degree where they change the shape and form betwen morning and night. I've never seen a hotel attendant go out of their way to deliver towels or show us the directions.\n\nThe location is perfect - nestled right next to Tokyo Station where you can get to anywhere pretty much in a jiffy. The lobby is on the 28th floor so the views are stunning, while the rooms are further above and our room had a phenomenal view of the imprerial palace. Everything is pretty much walking distance - food, shopping, historical sites, etc. I don't think we could've picked a better location.\n\nThe scent is fresh. The temperature is wonderful, esepcially in a sultry summer Tokyo. Shangri-La really became a haven for us. And as we cycled through the various staff working there througout the week, we can confidently say that Shangri-La is exceptional.\n\nI should be staying at the Four Seasons next door (given my allegiance to Bonvoy), but I really am now considering going back to Shangri-La the next time I visit Tokyo."
