"Such a lovely place. The owner was kind and helpful, his English understandable and entertaining. It seems to be a popular spot with the music student crowd, so they have soundproof rooms! You sleep on futon but they offer another futon if you think you need it. And they wipe the wheels of your suitcase before you go into your room for extra cleanliness! There is a kitchen everyone can use and several shower cabins, as well as a bath. Everything is new and very clean, I would definitely go here again."

"The place is clean, near of train station which makes you move easily, unfortunately the treatment with the personal is not nice. The woman in the door must put a signal outside in English advertising to take out the shoes and clean the baggage trollers instead of turn like crazy and start to shouting. It is sell as hotel no hostel and for that reason the publics areas are exposed to noise after 10 pm when the shower and bathroom are to share and most of the people arrive after that time, but the owners looks like don't care and any noise is not allowed or becomes little aggressive. So definitely it's expensive place for that treatment and thin walls where I can hear the breathing from the person in the other room. NOT RECOMMENDED. It does not make sense when several foreigners arrived at 10;30 pm being respectful and open to follow the no sense time out rules."

"So there are some bad reviews of this place, to be honest, for me it wasnt that bad. For the duration I stayed and for what you get, it's cheap but still matintain some form of quality. The owner, to me, was really nice and friendly, he doesnt know that much english but he still knows more than most people in Tokyo.\nThe sleeping arrangements is what you expect, a futon (we're in Japan) on the floor and a pretty large room. If you have a sensitive back you should be aware that the futon is literally just a matress on the floor. You have a tv as well, which I havent used since I dont really understand japanese that well. For me the biggest problem was the wifi, I dont know if it's my cellphone slowly dying (it's on it's last legs) or if the wifi is really that bad. Whenever I try to connect it just says Obtaining Ip-Adress and loops.\nThere's s kitchen downstairs with a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave and a kettle thats always hot so you can get your coffee in the morning. The showers are acceptable, they're not unclean but it's s bit difficult to matintain the temperature you want if it's not hot or cold. There's a music room as well, which is an added bonus, with a piano and guitar.\nThe hot tub I havent tried, but I didnt even know there was one.\nAll in all, I had a pleasant stay most of the time, just dont expect a hotel.\nOh and dont walk up the stairs with your shoes or bagage when you come inside, the owner is very keen on keeping the floor clean."
