"This place is the worst hotel. When we arrived, no one assisted us. We were so tired and the check-in process is such a mess. They put emergency contact number but they’re not answering!\n\nWe booked the room for 4pax but the size of the room is for 2pax only! It’s not even worth the price because it is so small!!!\n\nWhen we entered the room, the AC isn’t working at all and it took some time for us to figure out and fix it!\n\nThe location is not ideal as this is quite far from train stations.\n\nI would suggest to look and book for another hotel, do not consider this place at all."

"They wouldn't hold our bags unless we gave them a five star review, (stood and watched over my friends shoulder so he gave a five star review) so here's my one star review.\n\nCompletely unmanned unless you ping a disgruntled looking employee. Check in yourself. They won't hold your bags either and the place is small are relatively dirty. Temperature on the AC only goes as low as 22c (about 70f) so you can sweat in the small, dingey room. They don't clean it every day (this is pretty standard) and the elevator only holds like 2 people or 3 if they're anchovies. Seriously the most run down looking hotel I've been to, and they look over your shoulder for a 5 star review and watch as you write it."

"We stayed here for 6 nights with our family (3 kids aged 6, 8, and 10). By Japanese and Tokyo standards, the apartment is a good size—ideal for families who plan to spend most of their time exploring the city and use the apartment mainly for sleeping and relaxing.\n\nThe location is excellent. A convenience store is just a 3-minute walk away, and Iriya Station is a 6-minute walk—perfect for starting your Tokyo adventures.\n\nWe had a wonderful stay!"
