"This hotel was awesome! From room service to quality room amenities, their hospitality was outstanding. Here are some reasons why…\n\nService:\nThe staff were super kind, considerate, and helpful. Check-ins and checkouts were very easy. All in all, I give 5 stars to this!\n\nRoom:\nThe room had many top-quality amenities. From beds to flooring and bathrooms, it was great. The flooring was wood carpet and felt fuzzy, which was nice. Beds were comfortable and even had extra matresses and pillows. The shower and bathroom were very fancy and efficient as well, with many different features. They had a cute table with comfy cushions to sit, too, with a projector and a big cabinet to keep lots of things in.\n\nLocation:\nHotel was located near a main road making commuting easier and faster.\n\nOverall, the room, plus everything else, was spectacular!"

"Excellent condition and service\nStaff was onsite when we arrived super sweet. The tiny girl even insisted on carrying our suitcase upstairs (4floors no elevator) for us. I appreciated the help as my parents weren't going to be able take their cases up themselves - I would have had to take a couple extra trips.\n\nRoom is tight but was clean and newly renovated. Essentials were provided."

"I had such a phenomenal experience staying at this hotel! The rooms were really clean and spacious, compared to the other hotels in Japan. It was perfect and very comfortable for our 3 person group. The staff were extremely polite and attentive. The location is perfect, in a quieter part of Shinjuku, while also being a short walk from the train station/busier parts. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Tokyo!!"
