"Over, not a bad experience. The hotel was located near the Main Street of Akihabara and reasonably close the the station. The rooms are considered okay, hard to store your luggage. The staff were amazing, Torii helped us out with our problems and check in and made our experience smoother."

"The thermostat cannot adjust the temperature.\nThe balcony cannot be opened.\nThe location is boring — there are no people or activities at night.\nToothpaste is in short supply (only enough for one use). I stayed for two days but didn’t have enough.\nThe bathroom is dull.\nThere’s no staff available.\n\nIf you’re booking a budget hotel just to avoid staying in a dorm, then this is acceptable. Otherwise, book somewhere else."

"Overall a pleasant stay.\nThe room isn't huge, but that's to be expected in Tokyo. Bathroom is big enough with all essential amenities. It's difficult to open 2 luggages, but one large luggage is not an issue. Room comes with windows, but are not allowed to open (locked). Check in and out was very easy via an ipad. Although no staffs working there, but communicating with staffs via booking.com was fairly easy. They also offered a one day extension stay for less than 8000 yen. Location is great, right beside the train station. Quiet area in comparison to other other accommodation in Tokyo."
