"I spent one night there. It was ok but not more than that. The building is very beautiful outside, but inside it is average, such as the onsen (small and only one bath)\nThe rooms are cold, so is the service.\nI didn’t like the fact that we have to go down to a common room to eat meals. I was used to a private room service in my previous experiences.\nHowever, the food was great, and the experience fun. It’s just too expensive for what it offers."

"The bathroom smell was a little musty, but the friendliness of the staff and the amenities offered more than made up for that. It's a completely foreign friendly Japanese ryokan experience. Sleep on futon in a tatami room. Yukatas and Japanese style spa available to try. The experience is even made nice by the fact that the location is in a popular sightseeing area. Lightning gate, Skytree, rickshaw tour, kimono rentals, and plenty of food stands are all walking distance. The hotel was a great overall experience. The staff even gave us wood charms. Highly recommend if you want to try something different from the usual hotel."

"Staying here is a pleasant experience, front desk staff are friendly and helpful\n\nLocation wise, it's a short walk from the subway but generally close to many other attractions.\n\nRoom size is acceptable for Tokyo standard, slightly bigger. Only qualms is that there's only one lift serving the entire building. But this is nothing to cry about"
