The location is excellent just few minutes from either the Yamanote line or yellow like from a small station meaning you don’t waste time getting out of the station.\nThere is everything you need in the Main Street from convenient store to eateries and supermarket. Only 1 station from Shinjuku, you can walk there.\nThe room are vintage déco but they are spacious which is perfect and rare in Tokyo. The only downside is that there are stairs to get to reception. Then it is serviced by a lift."

"The hotel is kind of difficult to find, and there is no elevator to reach the reception, but the location itself was perfect! The train-station is three minutes away and there were many foodstores and shops all around.\nThe staff were helpful and the rooms were very big, but a little old and kind of dusty. Regardless, this is a hotel I would visit again simply for the amazing location, acces to public transportation and varied selection of restaurants."

"Stayed here recently and really loved it. The rooms were super clean and spacious with lots of natural light, and the street view was just perfect. The location can’t be beat-Shin-Okubo Station is literally a 2-minute walk, so getting around Tokyo was a breeze. Plus, having Don Quijote right on the ground floor was a game changer for me since I did a ton of shopping and just carried everything upstairs. Definitely recommend if you want convenience and comfort. Also, the staff were super friendly and nice. They spoke english as well!!"
