"Not a bad room, although a bit small. In the bathroom, there is space for both a shower and bath. The breakfast buffet is ok, but there is no change to the menu, and there is no miso soup. Otherwise, location is good, right next to JR Ōtsuka Station on the Yamanote Line."

"I stayed here in December 2022 and it was mostly a pleasant experience\n\nSmall but very clean and cute rooms\n\nA delicious breakfast is included\n\nRight in front of Otsuka station\n\nThe staff can speak English\n\nHowever there’s an Indian guy who works at the front desk and he asked me questions about what religion I follow.\n\nAnd the moment he came to know that I’m a polytheist his attitude towards me changed immediately and he started behaving very rudely and even got aggressive towards me\n\nWhile Japan is mostly a safe place but in the recent years they have hired a lot of foreigners from 3rd world countries.\nAs Japanese fail to understand the intentions of foreigners gives a golden opportunity for such radical people to settle historical and political scores on the hotel customers by asking questions about their religion\n\nIs there really a need for a radical rowdy Indian receptionist when the Japanese staff are so polite and respectful ?\n\nPlease exercise a bit of caution from such radical rowdy Indian front desk guy at this hotel\n\nHope this review cautions the polytheists against the possibility of aggression by the radical guy who was at the front desk at that time!"
