"Hotel was overall 10/10! The very professional staff was super helpful - they were able to help us call around in getting our lost personal belonging back. Great location in Ginza with plenty of good restaurants nearby for late night runs. The complimentary breakfast is also good. The closest train station is a short 2 minute walk away, so that was very convenient. Our standard 1 double bed room was kind of small, a bit difficult to maneuver with large suitcases in the room. There’s plenty of complimentary toiletries in the reception which came in handy."

The front desk was particularly helpful in helping me retrieve my lost item in Japan after I returned to my hometown. I’m not sure if any other hotel would have done the same.
