"A bit old, could use refreshing on walls, floor, and bathroom fixtures. The hotel still uses a physical key, not high tech keycards thus, only one key per room. 2 Elevators, not busy and staff are very nice and polite. Plus side: bottled water daily, one bottle per guest, which is helpful espc the first day. As in other hotels in Japan, it also provides plenty of things such as razors, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, robes, and slippers...rooms are cleaned upon request (putting signage on the door). I'm self-sufficient, preferring privacy thus I discarded the recycles on my own time. There are separate bins in the common area for that. The walls are thin, and someone next door snored quite loudly, through out the night! Smoking is allowed in some rooms. But all was good. The staff were very polite and helpful. I like the location, not far from 2 subway stations; lots of restaurants, cafes, one convenient store a few steps away. Very safe at night and not too busy during the day. For the price, it is not bad. By the way subway stn Nihombashi as direct connection to both Haneda (45 mins ride) and Narita airports (a bit farther in distance) which is supremely convenient!"

"It's a business hotel, not really suited for tourists. The upside is that all the staffs understand english very well.\n\nThe 2 bed room is pretty cramped, feels like the hotel is designed for solo travelers.\n\nThe coin laundry on the 2nd floor uses VERY old machines and tge dryer is very weak. Reccommended to use nearby outside coin laundry services instead."

"The hotel is near a lot of restaurants and the train stations are close by.\n\nThe employees are polite.\n\nThe rooms are terrible. My bed sheets had stains and I noticed the first day there and told the front desk. They got changed. The wall has a hole in it and I told front desk too because I’m not going to be blamed for that. The walls have stains and marks which I mean throughout the years that’s bound to happen but looks like they’ve made no attempts to fix that especially since the hole in the wall has been an issue in the past reviews. I just read a review from another person who mentions a hole in the wall too.\n\nI had three bags of trash. One bag with bottles, another bags of cardboard boxes from these little figures I purchased, and one with garbage. I left them neatly in the bathroom for housekeeping and they cleaned the bathroom and left the garbage in the room. I never had that happen in the other Japan hotels I’ve stayed in.\n\nI had to go down in the hotel slippers and ask where can I throw away the trash because housekeeping did not take it. All three employees look at me and only the old man answers me to just leave it outside my door. I'm like you want me to leave it in front of my door okay I did not know if that was okay to leave outside the door. I wasn’t gonna fight with them because I know the answer was just to get me out of the lobby. It was a ridiculous response but I was tired and not interested to argue. It’s just embarrassing especially since my room is next to the banquet room.\n\nThey didn't want to take the trash, which is understandable. I didn't want to hand it to them. I asked them where I can throw it away so i could just do it myself.\n\nDon’t stay here unless you want to be really cheap with your accommodations."
