"Excellent service from staff; overall a great experience coming back to our hotel both in relative terms for Tokyo /Japan hotels within our budget and in absolute terms.\n\nThe rooms are small as all rooms we had in Japan, yet functional, as we had place to put our luggage and still had some space to move around. The room was always clean and well-stocked with toiletries and essentials.\n\nAn important factor for me was that the AC system was cleaned and had no funny odours like those we experienced in our previous Tokyo hotel.\n\nThe bed was a bit small for two people I feel 😅 perhaps because of our sleeping styles and what we are used to.\n\nMy only "issue" so to speak is the price of the laundry service offered , which I didn't use and the lack of coin laundry facilities anywhere near.\n\nThe location is good with a little 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro.\n\nUsb plugs 🔌👌\nCoffee machine and pods ☕️\nLots of water 💧\n\nThe lack of an iron always saddens me in hotel rooms but then again perhaps they would offer one if we had asked for it 😅"

"We`ve stayed for 4 days in this hotel and everything was just perfect. Okay, the rooms are a bit small by European standards, but they're very comfortable.\nThe beds and pillows were just as they should be, so we all had an excellent sleep. The personnel were always nice and polite.\nThe hairdryer in the room is fantastic (I even bought one, after seeing/trying this one). The hotel is very clean and ideally located, close to the metro station. For us, the location was ideal as we were just a few metro stops away from Ginza and Shibuya, but still very calm and not so busy. There is a 7/11 very close to the hotel in case you need something.\nEvery day, we received a bottles of water in our room, but apple juice and green tea were available free of charge at the reception desk. They even offered cleansing milk for the face at the reception.\nI will come back!"

"The rooms are small like most Tokyo hotel rooms and the beds are a bit hard, but everything else is top notch. The staff was very friendly and the front desk spoke English, which is great because my Japanese is awful. Breakfast was good. The location is near a train station and there's a nice temple across the street."
