"We stayed twice at this hotel. Both the times our stay was amazing. The location is incredible and truly great. The first room was small but with a great design and a super cozy atmosphere with one of the best showers I’ve ever experienced in my life. Our second room was at the last floor with an incredible view of the tower that allowed us to really have an amazing experience. The hotel also offers a variety of great services and I personally think that the bar station 24 hrs is really comfy and it offers a lovely variety of products. But the best was the staff that was great and way more than kind. In particular one of the employees went above and beyond to solve a personal problem we had and was able to help me find back my bag with my camera and memories in it solving a very great problem for me. He was truly exceptional and he definitely went beyond his role to help us have the best experience. I would sincerely recommend everyone to stay in this hotel and I would love to be back again as it truly represented one of the highlights of my visit in Tokyo."

"My partner and I weren’t too happy about our stay here at OMO3. Although our room was aesthetically nice and cozy and housekeeping did a good job making our room, we found the service aspect lacking incredibly.\n\nMany amenities we found at previous hotels were missing. We also didn’t find the staff at the front desk helpful. After waking up one morning, we found our luggage and clothing soaked and discovered that the air conditioning had been leaking. We raised this issue to the ladies at the front desk who were rather defensive of the situation, saying that it is normal in Japanese weather and suggesting it was because we turned the setting too low. We had not even touched the AC settings at the time. There wasn’t much done to remedy the situation, and they didn’t seem to understand the inconvenience of our clothes being soaked when we were flying out the next day. All they said was that housekeeping would take a look, and there was no follow-up.\n\nI would suggest looking into alternative options when choosing a place to stay in Tokyo."

"It is a great hotel in a great location. Asakusa is touristy district with the Senso-ji and all the little shops and restaurants around it. And this hotel is just across the street from it. So convenient. And the train station is just a few hundreds steps away connecting you to all the other shopping districts and attraction in Tokyo with ease.\n\nThe hotel itself is also great. Everything is sparkling clean. If you have the right expectation going into it, that Tokyo is a high density city where land is at a premium, the room size is more than enough for 2 average size persons. If you're 6ft+ the bed may be a bit short. Be reasonable and don't bring 3 big luggages per person. But even if you do that, the hotel have separate storage to accommodate. The staffs here are very patient, friendly and helpful. They are young but polite. Easily some of the most professional hotel crew I have encountered. And don't worry, their English is fine to communicate with guests effectively.\nIf I come to Tokyo in the future, I wish to stay at OMO3 again."
