"There is no sound protection from the hallway expect for a thin black out curtain! Expect to hear your neighbors all the way down the hallway. There also wasn't anywhere to open your suitcase except for on the floor so I would suggest packing an overnight bag so you can use that instead of laying your bag down. The bathroom showers were also a bit moldy so I didn't feel super great about showering. It's a good location though and the staff is very kind."

"Overall it’s a very nice place to stay short term. Everything was very clean and the location of the hotel is great. The locker system was very useful too. My biggest complaint would be the curtains used for the actual capsules. I thought it would be a door, but it’s just a curtain. The curtain makes it very easy to hear everybody so it can be very loud at night if you have neighbors. You can hear everything, it felt like I could hear every time somebody breathed. Somebody woke my up as they had hiccups at 3 am and I couldn’t fall back to sleep and my husband had the same problem with somebody snoring near him. Additionally, do not get the included breakfast option, it’s redeemable for a tiny biscuit and a tiny coffee from a shop a few blocks away. It’s not worth the money and you’re better off at a Family mart for breakfast. Besides those two things, staff is really kind and helpful and all kinds of amenities are provided."

"Fairly English friendly! If you have a suitcase, I would stray away, the lockers in the bathrooms can't fit anything larger than a small carry on. Capsules are okay, but can get very warm as there's no fan in them. Capsules have a curtain and not a door as shown in pics. This place almost feels like the rooms from Squid Game! The free breakfast was a nice perk. For the price it's fine, but I would not stay here longer than 2 nights."
