"Stayed here for a total of 10 days/ 11 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms were a bit cramped, but that's to be expected. The hotel provided medium-sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap which is great because most hotels only provide the travel-size options. The walls were thick enough that we never heard our neighbors and could relax throughout the night peacefully. The location of this hotel: Wow! Shiba Park is right across the street, and the Tokyo Tower is just a short walk away. The stations are very easily accessible so touring around the city was absolutely no hassle at all. All in all, I would definitely stay here again. I have no complaints about this hotel and if I plan on coming back to Tokyo, I would probably try to get a room here again. Though, I would opt for the bigger room next time, just so I can have more space for my luggage."

"This hotel is in an incredible location, I love it because it’s much more quite than some other areas in Tokyo.\n\nWhen you first walk in you do feel like your room is quite small, but I ended up growing to love my little room, especially as it’s quite common to have a smaller hotel room in Tokyo anyway.\n\nThe staff really are the reason I give this 5 stars. They are incredibly accommodating, friendly and they make sure that all of their guests are comfortable and happy.\n\nI stayed here during typhoon Hagibis and they put on extra staff who made sure there was plenty of free food and drink in the lobby for all of its guests from 4pm-midnight. As a westerner that has never been through a typhoon, I was obviously quite scared, but I felt a sense of community in that lobby and soon felt better.\n\nI would recommend his hotel for any working guests.\n\nI also had my family fly over and stay in there twin room which they also loved."

"Hotel was very comfortable, well designed, very clean and agreable for our stay. Amenities and toiletries are very good quality. However, the breakfast rules are not clear at all: you pay for a breakfast set menu. it is free of charge for pastries and bread. Staff pushed us to buy the set menus when we only wanted coffee and a quick bite and we felt rushed into buying stuff we didn't want: wrong feelings to start the day! It got worse the second morning: they refused us to get the free stuff without paying the set menus we didn't want to eat anyway. Comment for hotel staff, hotel marketing and hotel management teams: please be clear and simple on how breakfast works. It is either free or not, period. Your guests would appreciate understanding fully what they are paying for. Nexus door hotel Tokyo is awesome, please don't ruin the guest experience with miscommunication about money and food, specially in the morning."
