"When I first booked this hotel in early March there were no reviews. I took a chance, since I liked the way it looked from the preview pictures. When we got to the hotel, I saw that it opened on March 1st. Well it was better than expected. The toilet was heated and had a bidet in it. It was also in a separate room. The bathroom had a tub and a shower area with a fan to suck out the humidity. There was a kitchen area right off of the foyer, with a fridge and microwave and a kitchen sink. There were 3 twin beds with a TV. That's were the problem was. I thought I booked a room for 4 people. Unfortunately they only had rooms for 3 people or less. Hence, we only got towels for 3 people. We did what we did to make it better, but that was the only problem we encountered. It was so clean and the staff was super friendly. Highly recommend."

"Came earlier from the check in time and a little bit tired & bored to spend time walking around Hamamatsucho area, so I went to the hotel and planned to wait in the lobby until check in time 4pm. But it happened we met the staff and he was sooo kindly let us check in at around 3pm. Note: this is merely exceptional case, they maybe busy cleaning our rooms.\n\nThe staffs are not physically available in the front desk, so they use "remote" communication through a small tablet provided in reception desk.\n\nThe room is very neat & clean, amenities were prepared in the lobby. Washing machine, microwave, iron, all prepared in the room. Only the room is (typically Japan's room) is soo thin, i could hear next door doing their activities. :p"

"The hotel is located at a good place close to multiple train stations of different lines, meaning great connection to other places. The room is clean and... "convenient", if you want to use your hotel room as your house, e.g. for week-long to month-long stays. There are a kitchen (without cooker), a fridge (full-height), a washing machine, a drying machine in the room for you to use personally, there is also even a vacuum cleaner for you to clean the room by yourself (Cleaning service is not available until you checkout). One serving of detergent is provided with checkin. Other equipments include a hair dryer, TV, a safe lock, a pants-press, an iron, an iron board. Bathtub is small, but it is separate from the toilet. One downside is, you have to check in by using a machine which is not very user-friendly (you have to put 81 instead of 0 in your phone number)."
