"Nice but quite small rooms in very good location with a really nice breakfast.\nNot cheap but in line with the category in Tokyo. This hotel is new and very meticulously maintained and Extremely clean. The rooms are tiny. Not much more than the space for the bed, but that’s fairly typical of Tokyo hotels outside of the older, fancier hotels. For those who know Tokyo, it’s a fancy APA, basically.\nThere is a large bath for men and another for women that’s very pleasant.\nThe fitness room is minuscule and essentially useless but maybe you luck out and the one treadmill is free when you want to use it…\nThe restaurant is super nice for Breakfast. a strong point and better than comparable hotels in the area, though it’s pricey so buy it ahead of time when booking the room or else it’s 3000¥+ per person and nobody in their right mind would pay that separately.\nThis chain of hotels seems to have sprung out of nowhere over the past 5 years and is now found all over Tokyo.\n\nWould book again."

"This was a very nice hotel in Ginza, very near the major shopping area and generally feeling very central in Tokyo. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and the rooms were decent sized with a traditional Japanese feel (think tatami, beds on the floor, tea etc). There’s also a public bath (though note that it says “large” but it’s actually quite small with only one tub). The gym is also extremely small and claustrophobic but maybe serves its purpose. The breakfast is pretty good though I recommend avoiding the western option, as it was a bit strange. Stick with the Japanese set—much tastier and more interesting! There’s also a Lawson across the street, making grabbing snacks and water easy. I asked the front desk a few times for extra towels or water or tattoo covers and they were always very accommodating. Don’t hesitate to ask."

"We were traveling with our teenage kids, and this is the 3rd hotel we've stayed in. Every other hotel we've asked for an extra key for us to have so we could enter their room, but this hotel refused to do that. Well, 1st morning, our kids forgot their keys in their room, and we had to go to the front desk, and its a whole pain in a** process. They have to sign stuff, to be able to open your door, and then escort you to the room to let you. Giving us 1 other key would have prevented all of this. I checked the keys out, and they are like every other key. I thought maybe they were made of gold or something. Of all the good things things I liked about this hotel, this really chapped my a**. It's just plain stupid. The other thing is we booked through a travel agency, and no other hotel said we owed taxes, but checking in here, they said we owed other $1600 yen. What BS is that?? We stayed in Tokyo already at the beginning, and there was no tax. It felt like it was just some bull. Rooms are good-sized. They also have little cookies and juice boxes you can get at any time. They have breakfast in the morning for about $25usd. If you are traveling with your kids, I would go somewhere else. I wouldn't stay here again, I find that they were uncooperative and a little rude about it."
