"Every employee we worked with (2 during the day and 2 at night) was wonderful. The service is what you get at a 5 star hotel. Multilingual, which isn't necessary but is a plus. They were so helpful with everything but I had two issues I needed extra help with. I left my phone in a taxi and did not use a app or have the receipt for the taxi but they figured out the taxi company from my credit card statement and called and left a message letting them know. They went above and beyond helping me find my phone.\n\nThe other issue we had is that my family is very allergic to mold and dust. While the room was visibly clean, we still had reactions. They showed us another room that ended up being fine for the second night. They went out of their way again making sure we were comfortable and happy. As other people noted, the rooms could use updating. Maybe getting rid of the carpet would help with the dampness.\n\nThe laundry is nice because the washer and dryer are separate which makes the process so much faster. There were 3 or 4 washers and it was no problem getting 2 of them."
