"I’m truly baffled that this hotel doesn’t have better reviews, and I say that as someone who is usually pretty critical of them. We stayed in multiple hotels while in Tokyo, and overall, this hotel’s room was by far the most spacious and livable. Even just the Economy room was a great size for 2 people, with updated and clean features. We had no issues with noise, smoke smell, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location on one of the main metro lines and the cutest bakery next door for a fantastic breakfast. Would absolutely stay again. (Also not sure why some are labeling this as a “love hotel” as we did not get that vibe at all)"

"When I checked in it was a bit of a hassle to do so. And I wasn’t able to switch rooms due to the cigar smell, however the staff was very nice and friendly which made up for it. Also the location was very close to Meguro station which was convenient."

"Meguroholic was our HQ for the final leg of our trip to Japan in November 2024. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room - it was bigger than expected for the price class. There was trash from the previous guests still in the bathroom, which was the only downside to the room itself.We did not choose the breakfast plan so we had little interaction with the staff, but they seemed friendly enough. The complementary drinks in the lobby were appreciated.\n\nThere are indications that this probably doubles as a love hotel. It didn't bother us but it is good to keep in mind, as the walls were quite thin and we could hear the neighboring guests occasionally.\n\nThe area is great, as the hotel is in close proximity to the Yamanote line and many wonderful restaurants. Overall a good mid-range option with great value."
