"I stayed here for a week, and while the staff were genuinely kind and helpful, the state of the bathroom was deeply disappointing. There were flies appearing daily (at least twenty new flies every time I returned) and they seemed to be emerging from under the bathtub. A visible gap between the tub and the wall revealed mould creeping from behind it, and the surrounding walls were speckled with it as well. The shower curtain was also mouldy. It was hard not to imagine an infestation breeding beneath the tub.\n\nThis level of cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable and unsanitary. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and invests in a proper deep clean of the bathrooms. The staff deserve better, and so do your guests."

"Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend\n\nIf I could rate this hotel zero stars, I absolutely would.\n\nFirst, the room was extremely dirty—I wouldn’t even let my 15-month-old daughter crawl on the carpet, which was filthy. Dust was piled up under the bed, making it clear that cleaning standards are severely lacking.\n\nSecond, the air conditioning was completely non-functional. Instead of fixing it, we were given a tiny 6-inch fan for a family of three in an already cramped room—totally unacceptable.\n\nThird, the fridge was practically useless. Don’t expect your drinks to get cold, let alone freeze.\n\nAnd then there’s the bathroom… *sigh*. The lighting was dim, and the shower curtain was covered in mold—definitely not hygienic.\n\nThe only positive? The location is convenient, close to the subway station, shopping, and restaurants. But that’s not enough to make up for the terrible conditions. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness and basic comfort."

"Visited this hotel sometimes around last month. Overall experience is okay. Booked two rooms double and triple beds, 5 guests. Reception staffs is extremely friendly and helpful.\n\nThe rooms is okay, value for money. There is nothing fancy, but comfy and comfortable. Toilets and shower is available in-room however, the automatic toilet is not working in one of the rooms. Toilets are quite cramped, but its average for Tokyo.\n\nHotel is generally old, however, its clean and value for money. There is a public bath space, but i didnt use it. WIFI is not working in the room.\n\nFood and Drinks are not allowed in the lobby waiting areas, and guests are encouraged to eat in their own room. Microwaves are not provided. Amenities are available for free at the lobby.\n\nOverall experience is okay. Will book again."
