Lotte City Hotel Kinshicho

"My husband and I loved our stay at this hotel. The view was amazing and the size was great as well.\n\nThe room we booked was: [Non-Smoking] Premium Floor Deluxe Corner Twin. The toilet was separate from the shower and had it's own door which we usually prefer. Note that although cleaning is every 2 days, they provide fresh towels and robes daily. They are left in a bag outside your door on the days they don't enter to clean.\n\nThe location cannot be beat, it was so close to Kinshicho station which is just across the street and the metro station is in the basement of the hotel building which provided easy access to Skytree mall and other areas. The building has places to eat and there is a 7-Eleven downstairs. There is also a Book-Off which my husband thoroughly enjoyed.\n\nOne negative is that the Wi-Fi only worked in your room and not the lobby or common areas. Not sure if we missed something there but it was very annoying. I saw that they had another network for the hotel itself, but the password we received did not work for it, only for the network which was for our room number.\n\nWe will definitely be back! We used to be fans of the Tobu hotel that is just up the street but this hotel was better by far."

"Very compact room. Meant for a business traveler. Desk space as big as bed space. Option to not have cleaning every day. Fresh towels, water, trash can liner, and pj's delivered on door handle every day. I am neat, so with this, I don't have to lock up my electronics whenever I leave the room. Used items retumed in bag outside the door. Breakfast definitely not for westerners. Scrambled eggs can be very runny as was personalized omelet. Best is tiny egg Benedict. Good shower water pressure, fast hot water, toilet with bidet, but no separate bathroom door."

"Stayed for a night in a standard double room and it was visually pleasing compared to business hotels. We also got welcome chocolates that were in the refrigerator.\n\nRoom size is difficult for 3 luggage but not impossible.\n\nBathroom has a window into the room but it has blinds for privacy. No skincare were provided (as expected) but shower essentials are surprisingly La Mer by Thalgo Japan. Tap water is not drinkable.\n\nBreakfast is the highlight of our stay. Food is delicious and lots of drink options! Staff are very efficient.\n\nThere are items that can be rented, including an instax. Weighing scale can be borrowed from the lobby."
