"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Tokyo! The room was clean and even more spacious than it looked in the photos. It’s close to the station and surrounded by great local food spots. The staff spoke English well and were very helpful with my requests. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Definitely not a bad hotel. The rooms are tiny - but this is not something to complain about as it is shown in the pictures.\nHowever, during our stay there was ongoing construction work, no hot water for a few hours on one day, the washing machines were out of service and the lift, due to construction, was very slow.\nThese are all things I believe should be advertised properly when booking as I planned to do hotel washing when I got here as I had 7 days in Tokyo but couldn’t due to this.\n\nThe staff are nice, free tea etc by the front desk. WiFi is decent\nLocation not bad. 15 mins walk to Shimbashi station. The hotel itself is on a back road in a quiet area. At night if you leave the window slightly open you do hear noises here and there.\nRandomly at 10pm for a few hours we would hear what sounds like a very loud washing machine from below. Not enough to keep us awake but definitely loud enough to notice\nCheck in was easy and check out too - got late check out for 1,000 yen an hour up until 1 PM.\n\nOverall, not a bad hotel at all. As mentioned staff lovely. Same with cleaners."

"When I arrived, I was informed, that Top floor not accessible due to renovations for the whole stay:\n\nAka - No microwave, no space for washing, lift partly not in use at times.\nNothing was communicated beforehand, no partly money back no compensation possible according to the front desk.\n\nThe room would be nice, if it wasn’t this dirty (dust is just swept in the corners, long black hair in the bathroom, badly fixed walls)\n\nI’m in contact with booking for getting a partial refund.\nIt’s insane to pay full price for closed amenities."
