"First time in Tokyo and this hotel delivered! Not only was it clean and spacious for 2 people, but my husband left his phone in the taxi cab before we got dropped off at Tokyo Station and the wonderful people at the front desk was able to get it delivered to them in a timely manner before we left the next morning. The young Vietnamese lady that checked us in was professional and gave us a nice room with a view! We were given 2 water bottles each day and the staff always made sure the room was clean. This will be the only hotel we will stay at in Tokyo. Highly recommended."

"Hotel is very nice and could have great potential! However this is not a hotel that accommodates travelers. If you plan to stay here, here expect no help from staff. Have your translator app ready. It's a shame because it is a nice hotel, makes it unattractive because of the staff. I hope that management reads this and works with the very young staff and make it better."

"I recently stayed this hotel with family and, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing, especially with the reception staff. From the beginning, it was clear that the staff was not focused on costumer services Whenever we requested something, they would try to avoid fulfilling it. Rooms & location is good .\n\nFor example, when it was raining outside, we asked for an umbrella, but we were told there were none available. Strangely, within a minute, we saw a staff member bring out an umbrella from inside for someone else. This made us feel that guests were not being treated fairly.\n\nAdditionally, when we checked into the room, we found that the curtain was not working properly. We reported it to the reception immediately, and although they said it would be fixed, even after a day, The situation is again same. We had to call again, and yet the problem was still not resolved.\n\nIt seemed like the staff were not taking guest concerns seriously, which was quite surprising, especially in a country like Japan where hospitality is usually known to be excellent. & the behaviour of citizens awesome.This kind of treatment was very disappointing and not what we expected at all."
