"I will definitely recommend Keisei Oshiage hotel to all my friends and family visiting tokyo.\n-Hotel is located very near the subway train station.\nAlso just a tew minutes walk away from the tokyo skytree which is a plus for us because there is a nice mall within the skytree vicinity.\n-Very nice and clean rooms. Though room is small but space is enough to open our large luggages\n-Breakfast buffet is good and a lot of options for the price.\n- the only thing we had problem is with the hotel washer and dryer which is like a coin laundry.\nWaited for 2 hrs but clothes are still quite wet\nAnother 1.5 hrs extension for the dryer - clothes still wet. We went to sleep around 1-2 am just waiting for our clothes to dry. But ended up hanging some of our clothes inside our room. I just hope they upgrade their laundry facilities.\nAside from the laundry, we really enjoyed staying here. We will definitely consider staying again next time we visit Tokyo though might skip the laundry facilities."

"Its all about location and location. Across the street from the Skytree. Very convenient location to take the train to Narita Airport.\n\nThe room is quite small but OK for two people. The bathroom was quite small but manageable. The breakfast buffet was excellent . Probably one of the better ones while traveling across Japan.\n\nIt does get noisy from the train passing by but can tune it out. The bed was comfortable and the place was clean."
